To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Customers can visit our physical store in Portland, Oregon, to return the product.
If the customer is not located in Portland, Oregon:
We offer coverage for return shipping costs only if the product is defective or if a wrong product was shipped to the client.
1.3 Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify the customer regarding the status of their refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within [14] business days, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method.
